Tasks
In the Qualification for Trade division, qualification measures are designed and organized for the German trade organization. During this internship, you will gain extensive insight into this area and support the following tasks, among others:
Participation in the planning and organization of qualification events (model launch training, ongoing training from the current training program)
Assistance with participant and application management using the Learning Management System
Support in the evaluation of training activities in the sales and service departments of Porsche Centers in Germany
Participation in the communication of training topics and consulting with the Porsche dealer organization
Assistance in the coordination of training providers and locations
Support in the evaluation and monitoring of training success metrics
Requirements
Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship or internship as part of a gap year is possible
Studies in economics or social sciences or a comparable degree program with a focus on human resources, organizational development, or adult education
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Confident use of MS Office
Independent, analytical, and structured working style
Good English skills
Very good German skills (at least B2 level)
