With our prospect and customer contact program, we design the journey for our customers and prospects holistically, addressing them specifically and at the right time.
During your internship, you will gain comprehensive insights into the areas of marketing, communications, and customer journey management at Porsche Germany and support our team in the following projects and activities:
Participation in the conceptual and strategic development of the prospect and customer journey
Support in the implementation of Germany-wide highlight measures to inspire prospective customers and customers
Participation in the further development of the Germany-wide program for prospect and customer loyalty (Prospect and Customer Contact Program)
Support in customer relationship management (CRM), including researching CRM inquiries from Porsche Centers
Independently answering marketing-specific customer inquiries in consultation with the responsible Porsche Centers and internal departments
Collaboration with external Porsche agencies
Requirements
Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship or an internship as part of a gap year is possible
Degree in economics, communications, or a comparable field of study
Ideally, knowledge of the German automotive market and marketing
Proficiency with MS Office
Strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as service orientation
Very good German language skills (at least B2 level)
Start: mid-February 2026
Duration: 6.5 months
