We as a team...
...are the central link in production at the Zuffenhausen site. Our task is to coordinate the interaction of the various production areas – from body construction and paint to final assembly – as well as global logistics to ensure that every vehicle is completed on time. The focus is not just on quantities and deadlines: each vehicle is individually configured and must be manufactured precisely according to customer requirements.
To ensure this, we work with modern IT systems, meaningful key performance indicators, and a dedicated team with high technical expertise. To ensure smooth operations in the future, we are also responsible for the strategic development of the plant structure, the IT landscape, and the processes in production control.
Depending on the respective area of ??application, different technical focuses can be set – from the operational management of production operations to the strategic orientation and further development of the site.

You have...
A place in a technical, scientific, business, or IT-oriented degree program, or are taking a gap year between your bachelor's and master's degree
A strong affinity for numbers and data
An affinity for automotive production and the willingness to provide on-site support
Interest in and ideally initial experience in data analytics and data science
A Solid social skills and clear, targeted communication
Fluent German skills
A structured and independent working style
Confident use of MS Office
