Tasks

As a Technology Expert (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Central customer contact at the Porsche Center, particularly for questions regarding e-mobility and Connect services Expert and internal knowledge multiplier regarding new product content (e.g., Porsche Connect, Porsche E-Performance) Conducting internal basic training on e-mobility and connectivity Conducting second deliveries and customer events to provide detailed explanations of the vehicle, with a focus on e-performance and Porsche Connect Conducting presentations and tutorials Responsible for the charging infrastructure at and in the Porsche Center Generating interest and fascination for the Porsche brand and our products

Requirements

Your qualifications:

Completed technical or business training or degree Several years of experience in dealing with end customers Knowledge of the automotive industry and retail, as well as enthusiasm for key trends and changes in Automotive industry High technical affinity and a keen interest in connectivity and electrification Communication skills, a strong customer and service focus, and enthusiasm Strong presentation skills A high degree of personal responsibility, initiative, and creativity Knowledge of MS Office applications Good English skills Class B driver's license
