Technology Expert (m/f/d)
Coordination of the installation of charging equipment at the customer's site
Contact person for charging infrastructure and electric vehicles at the Porsche Center
Activation of Connect services for demonstration and showroom vehicles
Ensuring ready-to-use Connect vehicles and mobile devices
Contact person for customers with technical questions about Connect
Carrying out second deliveries and technical explanations
Organizing and conducting customer events and workshops
Preparing and conducting technology-oriented test drives
Product expert and multiplier at the Porsche Center
Training new employees on products
Supporting sales with technical questions
Ongoing training and use of Porsche systems (PPN, Academy)
Information about models, history, and conducting needs analyses
Dissemination of relevant information to relevant colleagues
Requirements
Completed technical or commercial training in the automotive industry or ideally
Experience as an automotive coordinator
Experience in the areas of electromobility, including charging infrastructure
High IT and technology affinity
Confident demeanor and strong customer focus
Structured and independent working style
Teamwork and communication skills
Strong service and quality awareness
Sense of responsibility, reliability, and initiative
Valid Class B driver's license
