Your responsibilities include:
Organizing warehouse management
Optimizing warehouse processes
Incoming goods inspection and coordination
Determining requirements in collaboration with the workshop and service advisors
Inventory
Optimizing processes between the warehouse and other internal/external service providers
Initiating and evaluating accessory promotions
Product presentation in service
Customer advice for accessories
Requirements
Your qualifications:
Ideally, professional experience as a parts service employee in a VW and/or Audi dealership
Experience with accounting is an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office
Teamwork skills, resilience, independence, and a sense of order
Good commercial understanding and logistical skills
Excellent organizational skills
In-depth knowledge of automotive technology
Experience in the Volkswagen/Audi dealership organization
