Parts Service Employee (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
As a Parts Service Employee (m/f/d), you will be the link between the workshop and the service department.
Acceptance, inspection, and processing of parts and accessory orders.
Advising internal and external customers on Porsche Genuine Parts and Accessories.
Incoming goods inspection, order picking, storage, and goods issue.
Support in optimizing logistics and warehouse processes.
Close collaboration with the workshop and service team.
Conducting sales discussions with customers as part of the parts service.
Receiving warranty parts in incoming goods.
Specialist for (lifestyle) equipment, wheels, tires, and presentation in our showroom.
Processing of warranty and goodwill parts according to Porsche guidelines.
Invoice account assignment.
Presentation and sale of Porsche Design and Porsche Driver's Selection products.
Continuous training in all Porsche products, parts, accessories, and services.
Requirements
Successfully completed training (in Car dealership/parts service is an advantage)
Professional experience as a parts service employee (m/f/d) in the automotive trade is desirable
Strong teamwork skills, independence, and reliability
Customer focus and a high level of commitment
Good organizational skills and a strong hands-on mentality are important to you
Sense of responsibility, assertiveness, reliability, and initiative
Confident use of MS Office
