Your responsibilities:
Providing expert advice to private and business customers regarding spare parts and accessories
Active sales of original parts, accessories, and care products at the counter and by phone
Preparing quotes, accepting and processing orders
Procurement of spare parts for vehicle repairs and inspections
Processing orders
Ensuring spare parts inventory
Requirements
Your qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical training, as well as experience in the automotive sector
Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
Customer- and service-oriented thinking and actions
Organizational skills and the ability to work in a team
Reliability, diligence, and resilience
Strong communication skills
Valid Class B driver's license
