Service Manager (m/f/d) for PZ Minden
Your responsibilities:
Developing strategies to exploit the market potential for workshop services, including marketing campaigns
Managing and monitoring warranty and goodwill processing
Continuously tracking and analyzing after-sales indicators - sales, sales volume, hours sold, profitability, and inventory
Managing and implementing activities to achieve high customer satisfaction
Planning, monitoring, and managing department results in line with sales and profit targets
Competent leadership of the service team
Requirements
Your qualifications:
Completed commercial and/or technical training in the automotive trade
Master craftsman qualification or further training as a certified automotive service advisor (m/f/d)
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position with corresponding leadership experience and responsibility
Strong customer focus and customer loyalty
