Direct collaboration with the Mercedes-AMG management team
Optimization and implementation of action tracking processes and methods
Independent processing and coordination of cross-departmental topics and projects
Support and take over independent work packages in the organization, preparation, and follow-up of (management) committees and appointments
Support in the timely preparation of documents and presentations in collaboration with the relevant departments
Independent coordination and implementation of various site events
Support of the staff in day-to-day operations
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Completed bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, economics, business informatics, business management, or a comparable degree program with excellent grades
Structured, solution- and goal-oriented working methods as well as a high level of commitment and flexibility
Team spirit and a sense of personal responsibility
Reliability and a confident demeanor towards internal and external business partners
Good understanding of processes and quick comprehension Communication, cooperation, and organizational skills
Very good written and spoken German and English skills and proficiency in common MS Office applications

Start: September 2025 or later
Duration: 2 years
