Development and further development of material group strategies
Preparation of bid comparisons and participation in award decisions
Preparation of supplier meetings and participation in price negotiations
Independent processing of assigned work packages and orders
Support in the Mercedes-Benz purchasing systems (c-time, WBV, all ProQ systems)
Maintaining contact with internal and external suppliers and supporting holistic supplier management
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Completed bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, economics, engineering, or a comparable field of study
Basic knowledge of business administration, economics, and cost accounting
Good written and spoken German and English skills
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
High level of commitment, strong teamwork, communication, and integration skills, as well as independence
NOTES:
Start: From July 2025
Duration: 2 years
