Independent project management and comprehensive support of sub-scopes in the area of ????complete vehicle development and production
Ensuring project objectives in terms of function, costs, time, weight, and quality
Organization and targeted management of the product development phase in close cooperation with the relevant departments
Maintenance and administration of the parts list for the complete vehicle project
Securing the series start-up in the production plant and assuming project-related management tasks throughout the entire product development process
Further development of existing project management methods and support of the overall project management within the established project organization – within and outside of Mercedes-AMG
Coordination of escalation issues, organization and moderation of committees, and sound, solution-oriented project reporting
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Completed Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
Strong determination, assertiveness, and teamwork skills
Structured and systematic approach to solving complex problems Tasks
Initial practical experience in project management
Knowledge of project planning, particularly milestone planning
Strong communication skills, conflict resolution skills, and enthusiasm for automotive technology

Start: August 2025 or later
Duration: 2 years
