Developing the potential of AI-supported tools for process optimization in project management for complete vehicle development
Supporting project managers in project management tasks or independently assuming partial responsibility for complete vehicle development for the S-Class AMG
Organizing decision-making committees
Organizing the product development phase in close cooperation with specialist departments
Ensuring the project's development goals (function, costs, time, weight, quality)
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Completed bachelor's degree with a technical focus, e.g., mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field of study
Basic knowledge of automotive engineering
Experience in implementing and applying AI-based tools
Initial experience in project management activities and product development processes
Strong communication skills, determination, and assertiveness
High degree of independence, teamwork, initiative, and flexibility
Quick grasp of complex technical and procedural issues Contexts
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
High automotive affinity

Start: October 2025 or later
