Getting to know the field of activity and supporting HR management employees in their day-to-day operations Supporting a wide range of employee support tasks - from hiring to leaving the company Independently carrying out HR sub-processes and administrative tasks Participating in the analysis and implementation of process optimizations Participating in various HR projects

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, Business Law, or a comparable degree program with a completed undergraduate degree Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills High level of commitment and flexibility, as well as enjoyment of teamwork Independent and precise work
