Support and take over independent work packages in the organization, preparation, and follow-up of (management) committees and appointments with a focus on development.
Support in the timely preparation of documents and presentations in collaboration with the relevant departments in development.
Significant support in the optimization and further development of action tracking processes and methods.
Independent processing and coordination of cross-development topics and projects.
Support the management staff in managing the management fleet and vehicle requests.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Completed bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, economics, business informatics, or a comparable field.
Quick comprehension, structured, solution- and goal-oriented working style, and a high level of commitment.
Team spirit and enjoyment of personal responsibility! Reliability and a confident demeanor with internal and external business partners
Good process understanding and quick comprehension, as well as communication, cooperation, and organizational skills
Very good written and spoken German and English skills and proficiency in common MS Office applications (OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
