Job description and duties
Reporting to the Management Control Manager, the Management Controller/Purchasing is responsible for ensuring compliance with Management and Purchasing procedures in optimizing our purchasing value chain: from compliance with call for tender budgets, coordinating the contractualization of commitments, to the completion of the service, including its negotiation, implementation and monitoring. He is the coordinator of our purchases and is the internal point of entry for related legal, financial and operational matters.
You will be required to:
Carry out an overall inventory with operators at the budgetary level (OPEX and CAPEX), the supplier base, upcoming projects and difficulties encountered in administrative management on the operational and administrative side,
Recommend improvements in the interactions between Purchasing and Management Control departments, the analysis of orders, invoices, receipts of services, quality/quantity description control, administrative compliance and monitoring of commitments (Purchasing processes) and budgetary control,
Decide on an action plan and deploy it within the ACO,
Identify new operational needs and opportunities for load optimization,
Assist operational staff in the creation and monitoring of their N+1 budgets by supplier,
Support operational staff in their monitoring of commitments (Purchasing processes) and controls,
Draft a Purchasing action plan and a legal workload plan for year N+1,
Manage purchasing activity and monitor relevant indicators,
Study and monitor profitability on future actions (BP, quotes, make or buy, leasing, opex/capex),
Ensure margin control.
Desired profile
Ideally, from a Business School or with a Master's in Management Control,
You have at least 7 years' experience in a similar position,
You have good analytical skills and a good ability to summarize,
You are rigorous and autonomous,
Proficiency in computer and office tools is necessary,
You have a strong interest in business information systems,
Fluency in English is a plus for this position.
