During this phase, our Aftersales department is responsible, among other things, for ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. In this dynamic and exciting environment, you can support us in developing new ideas and business models for digital services so that our customers always remain mobile. Our concepts must be tailored to different customer needs as well as the requirements of our global sales organization. In this environment, we offer you the opportunity to get involved in sub-projects and help shape new concepts and strategies.
During your internship, you will gain comprehensive insights behind the scenes at Porsche and, depending on your individual preference, accompany us in one of the following areas within the Digital Services team:
Smart Mobility Products and Service
Think outside the box and contribute your ideas to the early development and implementation of new Smart Mobility business areas and service processes in Aftersales, such as charging infrastructure and services, Connect services, and over-the-air services. Here, you will actively participate in product management.
... In this environment, you will support the development of diagnostic tools and support media and contribute to ensuring serviceability.
How will customers charge their Taycan in the future? And how will aftersales generate profit margins in this new charging ecosystem? You will contribute to this and help shape future offering concepts and processes for customers and the dealer organization.
How can updates and functions be installed over-the-air? How can vehicles be diagnosed outside of the workshop, and how can customers be helped efficiently and digitally in the event of a problem? How does data contribute to these use cases? You will work with us on these and other future-influencing questions in the context of Smart Mobility products.
