Manufacturing Quality
Quality control directly on the vehicle in the body shop, paint shop, assembly, upholstery, modules, and complete vehicle departments
Coordination and resolution of cross-departmental quality complaints
Ensuring compliance with quality requirements for the entire vehicle as part of series monitoring and conformity testing
Support in the preparation of quality reports
Quality Control of Purchased Parts
Ensuring series production with regard to quality, costs, and deadlines in the event of complaints and changes in close contact with our suppliers
Change management of purchased parts in the series process and relocation in series production
Continuous monitoring, evaluation, and analysis of Q sensors
Failure analysis and definition of measures in pre-series and series production
Quality Analysis of the Zuffenhausen Plant
Support with measurements in the area of ??metrology on components from body shop, the joining master jig, and on reference bodies
Participation in and implementation of quality analyses in the complete vehicle, mechatronics, cubing, acoustics, and electrical/electronics departments
Support and implementation of failure analyses in the area of Materials Engineering
Product Audit
Participate in the definition and creation of test scopes for new equipment or new vehicle models as part of the product development process.
Support in the evaluation of models, add-on parts, bodies, and finished vehicles for all model series at the Zuffenhausen site.
Support in the organization, implementation, and presentation of results of benchmark audits during the final audit.
Participate in IT and process projects within product audits.
Assist in the preparation of status and quality presentations for plant committees.
You will also work on a cross-functional project together with other interns and have the opportunity to present your results to top management.
