Tasks

To ensure long-term, value-creating growth, the planning, procurement, construction, and management of properties and real estate are required, which are managed by Construction Management.

During your internship, you will gain comprehensive insights into the Porsche working world and support us with the following projects and activities, for example:

Support with plant maintenance and expansion, e.g., building acceptance inspections Collaboration in the planning and maintenance of technical building equipment (high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems or HVAC) Support in the planning, consulting, and implementation of structural fire protection measures and property inspections Support in the contracting process for external contractors in the area of ??maintenance Participation in the comparison of performance records/measurements with the services offered or provided Preliminary invoice audits at the end of maintenance measures Support and participation in energy-related studies and optimizations in building technology For more detail, salary and company information, use the apply link
