Customer Order Management is responsible for the entire new vehicle processing process within Porsche AG, from planning material requirements to delivery of the vehicles to the customer.
During your internship, you will gain comprehensive insights into the Porsche working world and, depending on the focus of your studies, support us in one of the described departments, for example, with the following projects and activities:
Demand and Capacity Management:
Support in determining operational and strategic requirements for vehicles and their equipment
Assistance in coordinating supplier capacities
Support in the creation and further development of management reports and evaluations
Assistance in project processing
Order Management:
Support for global order management with a focus on invoicing and distribution
Collaboration in the processing of worldwide vehicle shipments from all Porsche production plants
Collaboration in the analysis and coordination of production capacity utilization
Support in the preparation of reports and presentations for management
Support in a specific order processing project
Process Development and Strategy for the Customer-Customer Process:
Project work with contacts to international subsidiaries
Collaboration in the design and implementation of processes for the realignment of the planning and order processing process
Collaboration in agile teams according to SAFe for the digital transformation of customer order management processes and systems
Support in developing concepts and implementing prototypes for the use of AI-based processes and business intelligence software solutions
Management of contract manufacturers and production partners:
Participation in ramp-up management and series production support for an international vehicle production plant
Support in the area of ??overall vehicle quality management, including technical conformity and quality assurance for purchased parts
Assistance in managing logistics service providers and monitoring the logistics process chain
Participation in change management
Support in invoicing deliveries and the financial processing of subsequent deliveries
