The Service Network Transformation department aims to increase the efficiency and quality of our service processes in order to offer our customers an outstanding service experience worldwide. The focus is on the strategic alignment and further development of Porsche's global service networks, which includes the implementation of innovative technologies. We are continuously working on further developing our service concept to support Porsche Centers and their employees in meeting new challenges. The main goal is to improve service through innovative concepts and technologies and to ensure that the service centers meet customer expectations.
We offer our interns a diverse and international working environment in all areas, with insights into exciting strategic and practical aftersales projects. Your tasks:
Support in the planning and implementation of projects for the further development of service processes
Collaboration in the development of new service concepts and their introduction in selected markets
Conduct analyses and support in the further development of methods and tools in the service network environment and in dealer support
Support in the preparation of presentations and decision-making documents
Collaboration in projects for the strategic development of service networks, as well as in international rollouts and market coordination
Preparation and follow-up for committees, workshops, and regular meetings
