Tasks

Qualified personnel are the fundamental building block for meeting our customers' needs. The "Retail People Development" department is responsible for the qualification of the worldwide Porsche retail organization. Divided into the "Product Training" and "Learning & Development" teams, training, certification, and qualification programs are developed and implemented within the retail organization for a wide variety of target groups and hierarchy levels, including technology experts, hosts, salespeople, sales managers, and managing directors. Depending on your skills and interests, you will support us in one of our two specialist departments with the following projects and activities, among others:

Support in the development and further development of qualification and certification measures for employees of the retail organization, as well as participation in the development of the respective strategy

Support in projects in the area of ??"Learning of the Future" and derived digitalization strategies (Learning 4.0, Artificial Intelligence, New Media)

Assistance in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of national and international training courses and events

Communication and support of international subsidiaries, regional offices, and external service providers

Collaboration in the creation of training materials and media (including face-to-face events, web-based training, graphics, films, or animations)

Support in projects in the area of ??(product) training and in the creation of product-related and interdisciplinary content and qualification initiatives, such as sustainability and luxury
