Tasks
The Compensation & Rewards department is a central team of experts within the People Unit that is responsible for the development and optimization of the remuneration and incentive systems. This includes salaries and bonuses as well as various benefit programs.The main purpose is to design competitive remuneration and incentive structures in line with the market to attract, motivate and retain talent in the long term. The Rewards department works closely with managers, HR and finance interfaces, company management and the works council to ensure that the remuneration strategy is in line with both the company's objectives and the legal and regulatory requirements.
The following tasks await you:
Collecting relevant information and supporting colleagues on different market research analyses, market trends and benchmarking for Germany and foreign countries e.g. inflation rate, benefits packages, salary range
Centralizing and documenting data for further assessment and decision-making
Creating and updating documentation and process instructions as well as specific information materials
Preparing reports for salary and benefits overview and analysis
Performing analysis and results preparing on different topics allocated for management presentations
Operational execution of daily tasks, e.g. preparation of parking benefits evidence, coordination of employee incentives for different occasions, communication with internal departments and external stakeholders
