AI HR Strategy: Developing and implementing strategies for integrating artificial intelligence into HR processes, as well as identifying and implementing AI-supported solutions to optimize recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and employee development.

HR Analytics & Reporting: Developing and implementing HR analytics strategies, creating and maintaining HR dashboards and reports to monitor HR metrics and trends, and analyzing HR data to improve HR strategy.

Advising managers and HR teams on the implementation of AI and IT strategies, as well as training and supporting them in the use of new technologies and tools.
