As an Ownership Business Analyst, you will support delivery of a unique and exceptional experience to Porsche customers by sourcing and analysing internal and external consumer, market and business performance data to provide relevant insight in the development of services and communications. Ensuring internal and external data processes are optimized to create efficiency and greater stakeholder engagement.
This is a 12 month maternity cover contract.
Responsibilities:
- Support Ownership Business Managers with market, project, and commercial data analysis
- Provide data management, analysis expertise, and guidance across the Ownership department
- Assist Owner Services with centralized billing control, supplier management, tenders, and purchasing compliance
- Develop research and data sources to inform customer, market, and business performance
- Analyse internal and external data to identify market opportunities, service development, and efficiency improvements
- Model and forecast rebates for the Ownership Department
- Report commercial performance (service and parts) at national, regional, and local levels; develop management reporting suites
- Prepare management reports and recommendations; develop reporting tools
- Business Analyst: Routine reporting, rebate forecasting, project and billing support, consolidated billing, network SDR reporting
- Senior Business Analyst: Manage Ownership reporting, external BI tool development, strategy support, tactical data (vehicle campaigns), resource management, and future concept development
- Junior Business Analyst: CRH data analytics and adhoc departmental support
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years or more technical working experience in a similar data analysis role - preferably with an automotive manufacturer or dealership
- The ability to understand complex data landscapes and sources
- Advanced Excel skills, including the use of Power Query, Power Pivot & DAX
- System knowledge of Qlik or Power BI (both front-end and back-end)
- Direct experience of sales performance tracking and monitoring
- Direct or Indirect experience within automotive aftersales or service functions
- Excellent people skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to present data, including experience working with Think-Cell
- The ability to work autonomously and take a pro-active approach as well as part of a team with colleagues from different levels and backgrounds across the business
- Keen attention to detail and a desire to deliver the highest quality of work
- The ability to tailor data and output according to audience
- An individual who will constantly review existing processes and identify where improvements can be made
- Strong analytical skills are required, but also the ability to derive insights from the analysis is essential.
