If you are pursuing a career in quality management and want to become part of a dynamic team, then you have come to the right place! Starting in July 2025, we are looking for motivated interns to support our team in analyzing customer complaints. In this exciting role, you will:

Gain practical experience in our internal laboratories, where you will conduct experiments on components and vehicles independently or as part of a team. This will give you valuable insights into the functionality of our products and systems.

Support comprehensive analyses of vehicles and components to identify and resolve current customer complaints. You will use state-of-the-art quality tools and internal Porsche methods.

Maintain close contact with our production plants, suppliers, and our development site in Weissach. You will actively gather information and develop solutions in collaboration with various departments. Conduct supplier visits with colleagues to organize workshops to assess damage cases and inspect production on-site. This allows you to work directly with our partners and develop practical solutions. Actively apply quality tools such as MSA, 8D reports, Ishikawa diagrams, complaint management, sampling, process acceptance, and audits.
