Tasks
As an intern (f/m/d), you will support the entire product development of the two Agile Release Trains (ART) Car Sales. Your focus will be on supporting agile methods.
As a member of the Agile Coaches team, you will be involved in many areas. Exciting projects await you here: You will have the opportunity to experience and help shape agile international product development. You will support the Agile Coaches in their day-to-day business. In addition, you will have your own projects for which you are responsible and for driving forward.
Please note that as an intern, you do not have to fulfill all requirements right from the start.
Your responsibilities will include:
Design, implementation, and follow-up of workshops – including methodology suggestions and creation of online whiteboards
Support with moderation and documentation of results
Support in the preparation, follow-up, and coordination of agile events (e.g., PI Planning)
In-house projects, e.g., leading retrospectives in agile teams
Taking on cross-project topics in close collaboration with our Release Train Engineers – including support in developing organizational development measures in the two ART Car Sales departments
