You will support various HR processes, e.g., independently supervising our employees at the various MHP locations or organizing internal projects.
You will take on your own projects from various HR disciplines.
You will support employee support and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
You will prepare monthly evaluations and reports to ensure high-quality reporting.
You will keep yourself informed about the latest trends and developments in the HR environment.
Requirements
To be well-prepared for your career as an intern, you have the following qualifications:
A degree in business psychology, social sciences, economics, or a comparable field.
A passion for HR topics with a strong focus on people management.
Knowledge or initial experience in HR and a strong working knowledge of Office, SAP, and Success Factors is desirable.
Your work style is characterized by personal responsibility, organizational and creative skills, and strong communication skills. from
