Tasks
You actively support the team and team management in handling operational issues for the leasing and financing business in day-to-day operations.
You support the team in processing (answering, forwarding, filing) daily incoming mail, including sorting it into the relevant contract file and preparing it for digital archiving.
You participate in process analysis and optimization.
You support customer service by preparing specialist topics.
You independently prepare weekly and monthly reports in consultation with the team leader.
You participate in the implementation and optimization of the department's internal control system.
Requirements
Studies in economics, social sciences, or a comparable field of study.
Knowledge in the field of automobile insurance is desirable.
Confident use of MS Office.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Independent and structured way of working.
Creativity in developing and enjoying implementing practical solutions.
Resilience, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
