We are looking for a Composites Trim and Assembly Module Leader to take charge of a team responsible for the assembly of composite components. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our assembled parts meet the highest standards of quality and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a trim and assembly team during your shift, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Ensure that all assembly processes are followed correctly, maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure components are manufacturable and align with design specifications.
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Implement and maintain safety and quality protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Excellent understanding of quality control and assurance standards
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging open communication and sharing of ideas.
- A methodical and thorough approach to with excellent attention to detail with a can-do attitude.
- Oversee inline inspection procedures during the assembly process.
