Within the HR team of Toray Advanced Composites, you will have the opportunity as an intern to participate in the daily practice of an international HR department. You will make a valuable contribution to various HR processes and will be given the space to learn, think along and show initiative.
What are you going to do?
Supporting recruitment & selection, including drafting vacancy texts, contacting candidates and organizing job interviews;
Drafting employment contracts and processing personal data in our systems;
Contribute to setting up and optimizing HR processes;
Updating personnel regulations, protocols and onboarding materials;
Maintain HR administration and manage personnel files;
Supporting HR projects, such as employee satisfaction surveys (ESS), sustainable employability and absenteeism policy;
Assisting the HR manager with daily tasks and projects.
Job requirements:
You are following a higher professional education course in HRM, Business Administration or similar;
You are proactive, structured and eager to learn;
You can handle confidential information with care;
Good communication skills, both in Dutch and English;
