Job Responsibilities:
- Support maintenance of an effective Compliance Management System (CMS) meeting all internal and external compliance and legislative requirements.
- Manage and update the Compliance pages for the Associate Intranet.
- Support the operation of the Corporate Governance Framework: policies & procedures oversight, and committee management.
- Support monitoring & testing of compliance related controls.
- Support regular compliance communication and awareness campaigns towards associates.
- Support implementation of compliance processes and tools.
- Support regular and ad-hoc compliance reporting to local management and central functions.
- Support compliance related projects as needed.
- Support the execution and maintenance of the Vendor Management program in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Support in the Compliance and Governance training as required.
- Support in the update and maintenance of compliance, governance and vendor management tableau dashboards and reporting.
- This position may take on additional duties and responsibilities, should the need arise.
Additional skills:
- Completed a post-secondary degree or diploma with a focus on business.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Well-developed oral and written communications skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams applications.
- Knowledge and experience with Tableau is an asset.
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
