Are you an experienced Offline CMM programmer with a passion for precision and quality? We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team. As an Offline CMM programmer, you will be responsible for creating and planning CMM programs to ensure the highest standards of component quality for our Composite and Metallic Inspection departments.

We are looking for an Offline CMM Programmer, with the following experience and skills:
5 years of proven experience in offline CMM programming using Polyworks Inspector or other similar CMM software is beneficial.
Preferred expertise with Renishaw PH20/Revo heads and UCC server.
Experience with MSCL for automated inspection workflows.
Background in Formula One or a fast-paced, low-volume production environment.
Proven track record in process improvement.
Strong understanding of GD&T principles.
Proficiency in CAD tools for fixturing assemblies.
In-depth knowledge of metrology principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
