Marketing Operations Event Producer

About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Operations Event Producer to join our team. The Marketing Operations Event Producer will be responsible for managing the planning, delivery and curation of our AV, Content, and POS assets.
The newly created role will act as a conduit between our physical assets managed by our Projects Team, the creative from our Design Team and storytelling from our Communications Team. The Marketing Operations Event Producer will also liaise closely with our appointed suppliers and agencies to ensure content and AV is delivered to the highest of standards across all our events.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the planning and scheduling of trackside screen content across our Garage, Paddock Club, Trucks, Motorhome, and overseas hospitality set ups for each race.
Curate and manage our Run of Show for all Mercedes Club Hospitality projects. Includes on site delivery and execution of show, liaison with entertainment acts and suppliers.
Curate and manage run of shows for any relevant Events where a live show producer is required.
Manage contracts, timelines, and budgets of appointed content and AV agencies.
Liaise with our suppliers to ensure detailed briefs are supplied and tested in a timely manner, files are catalogued correctly and delivered ahead of time ready for all races and relevant events.
Support the execution of filming days, filming projects, launches and photoshoots as and when required.
Coordination between all internal departments within Marketing to gather input from all relevant stakeholders.
Essential Skills:
Extensive experience in a production/producer role.
Demonstrable experience curating production schedules and live run of show management.
Proven experience delivering a variety of production types, both in the UK and overseas, including logistically complex programs
Experience managing digital content creation, production projects and budgets.
Experience managing agencies or in an experience working in an agency advantageous.
Experience with large scale LED installations and multiple screens set ups desirable.
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will have extensive experience and proven competence of working in a producer role, preferably with a sports or entertainment background and be able to demonstrate relevant business-related skills and qualifications.
You will thrive on working in a fast-paced, busy environment, possess excellent communication skills and have high levels of drive to be able to make decisions and lead within a pressurised environment.
You will have first-class organisational and time management skills and an acute attention to detail.
The candidate will bring personality and creativity to this challenging role and be highly motivated to deliver against agreed targets.
Flexibility in hours and approach is required, along with the ability to work under minimum supervision with a "can do" team attitude. The role will involve a mix of hybrid and on-site work, with travel to meetings and events as required.
