We are looking for a Product Operations Lead, to join our growing Merchandise and Licensing department.
You will play a pivotal role in driving the seamless integration of Business processes, SLA’s and new systems and infrastructure to enhance efficiencies in the development of merchandise and licensed product collections. This role demands a blend of operational excellence, problem solving and collaboration, with a focus on the details.
As a Product Operations Lead you will be responsible for:
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Merchandise, Licensing, Team Kit, Marketing, Commercial, Legal and Finance ensure the efficient execution of product development cycles and integration into team operations.
Process Building and Optimization: Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all product operations, leveraging data analytics and best practices to optimise performance and efficiency.
Project Management: Lead and manage key projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Coordinate with various stakeholders to align project goals with overall team objectives.
Risk Management: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential issues that could impact product performance or operational efficiency.
Performance Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and analyse product performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Supplier and Partner Management: Manage relationships with key suppliers and partners, ensuring alignment with our operational goals and standards.
What we are looking for from our Product Operations Lead:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product operations, project management, or a related role within the automotive, Apparel or high-performance sports industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Demonstrated process management abilities with a proven track record of delivering operational excellence.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including ERP Systems, Microsoft office Suite, data analytics platforms.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.
A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Whilst our main Factory site is based in Grove, Oxfordshire, you would be able to utilise our London location for this role.
