Mission
Design and develop a full range of B2B products tailored for Fleets and LCV customers, ensuring that service contracts commercial proposition is also deployed towards a fleet oriented approach in order to catch additional customer satisfaction and aftersales retention.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze the B2B and LCV markets for service contracts working closely with Sales Fleet team and P&S Fleet Services team in order to collect market and customer needs
- Design and define Fleet dedicated product solutions in collaboration with the Product Portfolio Manager and Product & Pricing team.
- Support Regulatory & Compliance specialist to define specific fleet services to be included in T&Cs for dedicated products
- Work closely with Retail business Development manager and NSCs to stimulate NSCs to develop a dedicated offer for Fleet customers through dedicated Fleet agreement, dedicated reimbursement conditions, tailored products and offerings.
- Ensure Fleet & Business departments are continuously offering service contracts solutions in fleet deals to drive aftersales retention and manage and coordinate request to provided tailore
- Monitor Fleet oriented products sales and push markets to generate additional opportunities and volumes in this channel
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in a similar position
- College degree, Business & Marketing specialization. Preferably with Sales background in automotive and able to interact with large key accounts.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify key opportunities to catch on the Fleet market; experience in preparing and presenting rational and compelling commercial proposal;
- Comfortable dealing with commercial teams internally and externally,
- Fast on decision-making or able to manage requests under time pressure;
- Customer focused and good negotiation skills.
- Experience in dealing with international scenarios, dealing with different cultures.
- Fluent English - At least B2/C1
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Offer
· Salary range: from 43.000 € to 50.000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
· Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
