In this role, you will review, analyze and process high volume invoices with accuracy. You will also manage a portfolio of vendor accounts and keep them reconciled and cleared. Additionally, you will perform daily/weekly invoice postings and related monthly reconciliation. Other responsibilities include dealing promptly with supplier and site related queries to secure payments in time, participating in Continuous Improvement efforts, and ensuring relevant process related documentation is updated.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Finance. You should also have relevant experience in an entry-level role and fluency in English. Good knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential. High analytical skills, problem-solving attitude, ability to work under pressure, and stakeholder management and communication skills are desirable.
