You will take on the role of Team Lead for our engaged Systems Support & P2P Services team within bp Business Services Germany GmbH.
As Team Lead, you will be responsible for the entire order and accounting process of our asset investments, from demand notification to project completion.
Your tasks will include:
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of purchase-to-pay processes
- Managing and optimizing the entire order and accounting process
- Ensuring compliance with accounting regulations
In addition, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Leading and developing a team of experienced professionals
- Ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments
- Analyzing and optimizing business processes
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high level of expertise in SAP, particularly in the areas of asset management, procurement, and accounting.
You will also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions quickly.
