The Maintenance Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of the Tangguh gas production facility. This involves preparing and delivering execution readiness of preventative and corrective maintenance, prioritizing and delivering the facility's maintenance backlog, and proposing improvements to minimize equipment downtime.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering safe, quality, and reliable maintenance activities in alignment with bp values.
- Providing technical supervision and oversight of instrument & control equipment and related activities, preferably familiar with GE mark-VI control system.
- Ensuring site readiness for the upcoming execution schedule.
- Leading and supervising bp and contractor site maintenance teams to ensure safe, disciplined, and high-quality execution of planned and unplanned activities.
- Ensuring all maintenance work close-out is completed in accordance with the work management data standards.
- Improving the effectiveness and efficiency of bp and third-party resources in completing maintenance work and resolving and/or escalating system issues that prevent the completion of scheduled maintenance work.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a diploma degree in instrument/electrical engineering, 7+ years of proven experience in oil and gas or related industry, and direct experience delivering and driving work within maintenance and operations. Additionally, they should be experienced in GE mark-VI control system, Allen Bradley control system, etc., and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in leading a team with a track record in developing people.
