Join the Wells AI Global Build squad as a Senior Software Engineer. This role involves deploying AI agents at scale, working with a team of back-end, front-end, and platform engineers. As a full-stack developer, you will help the existing team deploy the current year's scope and eventually take over as lead developer for one or more agents. Key responsibilities include:
- Strong knowledge of Python
- OpenAI LLM
- Agentic frameworks such as Langraph, Langchain, and Temporal
- Knowledge of Agent orchestration using a2a
- Web APIs using FastAPIs
- RAG architecture
- Azure services like Search, web apps, function apps, Data Services
Additional skills include:
- Building web UI using React
- Exposure to data engineering pipeline using Databricks and ADF
- Development & Versioning: Proficiency in writing clean, modular code and using Git to manage changes and collaborate with a team
- Containerization & Portability: Mastery of Docker to package applications, ensuring they run consistently across development, testing, and production environments
- Systems & Data: Understanding how to design APIs for communication and manage Databases for efficient data storage and retrieval
- Automation & Quality: Implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing to catch bugs early and deploy software reliably
