We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expert / Salesforce Platform Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will design and operate advanced journeys and automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), build complex segmentation and executive/account-based targeting, manage and optimize Sales Cloud ↔ Marketing Cloud integration, administer and govern the Salesforce Core Platform (users, data model, flows, security), and collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate marketing needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and operate advanced journeys and automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget)
- Build complex segmentation and executive/account-based targeting
- Manage and optimize Sales Cloud ↔ Marketing Cloud integration
- Administer and govern the Salesforce Core Platform (users, data model, flows, security)
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate marketing needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget)
- Strong expertise in Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder
- Solid Salesforce Administrator experience (Core Platform)
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect and data synchronization
- Basic REST/ SOAP API knowledge and SFTP-based data processes
- English language required
- German language would be great
- Strong analytical and structured working style
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Good communication skills
