We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be responsible for analysing requirements and developing solutions tailored to the specific needs of AVL. You will consult on cloud-based HR management solutions, leveraging your technological expertise and knowledge of HR processes. You will implement innovative HCM solutions based on SAP SuccessFactors and act as an internal SAP Consultant, serving as the interface between the HR department and our technology partners and vendors. You will continuously build and apply strategic and technical expertise in the areas of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM integration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysis of requirements and development of solutions tailored to the specific needs of AVL
- Consulting for cloud-based HR management solutions, leveraging your technological expertise and knowledge of HR processes
- Implementation of innovative HCM solutions based on SAP SuccessFactors
- Acting as an internal SAP Consultant, serving as the interface between the HR department and our technology partners and vendors
- Continuously building and applying strategic and technical expertise in the areas of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM integration
Required qualifications include:
- Completed education in the field of HR or IT
- Profound know-how regarding HR processes
- Solid and broad understanding of IT technology, with a specific focus on cloud solutions and integration
- Knowledge of interface development, specifically the integration of SAP HCM with SAP SuccessFactors via SAP Cloud Integration (CPI)
- Ideally, initial experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Succession & Development
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to grasp complex topics quickly
- High degree of initiative, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Willingness to travel abroad (3-4 times a year)
