We are looking for a motivated HR Specialist with a focus on Global Mobility & Travel Management to join our growing international HR team in Hungary. This role is perfect for early-career professionals with initial experience (e.g., internships or 1–2 years in an international environment) who are ready to take the next step. Working closely with experienced HR colleagues, you will contribute to cross-functional and international HR initiatives,taking ideas from concept through to hands-on implementation and helping shape modern HR practices.
Your responsibilities will include serving as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding standardized HR and Global Mobility inquiries, operational support of business travel, assignments, and relocation processes, preparation and coordination of mobility-related documentation, certificates, and reports, support in ensuring compliance with labor law, internal policies, and mobility guidelines, coordination with internal interfaces (HR Business Partners, Payroll, Global Mobility), administration and maintenance of employee and assignment data in HR systems, and actively contributing to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes, standards, and methodologies in an international context.
As an ideal candidate, you will have completed education (apprenticeship, college, university, or equivalent) with a focus on Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field, first practical experience in HR Administration, ideally with exposure to Global Mobility, international assignments, or expatriate management, experience with HR systems (SAP HCM) and MS Office is preferred, ability to work independently and in a structured manner, with a strong hands-on mentality, proactive mindset and willingness to take responsibility in an international, multicultural environment, very good German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2), as well as good English language skills.
