We are looking for a motivated HR Specialist with a focus on Controlling, Reporting, and Analytics to join our growing international HR team in Hungary. This role is perfect for early-career professionals with initial experience who are ready to take the next step. Working closely with experienced HR colleagues, you will contribute to cross-functional and international HR initiatives,taking ideas from concept through to hands-on implementation and helping shape modern HR practices.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the collection, preparation, and maintenance of HR data, with a strong focus on the German market. You will also contribute to regular HR reports and support deeper analyses, such as compensation benchmarks or pay structures. Additionally, you will ensure data quality while collaborating closely with HR teams in Germany and Austria, act as a go-to contact for HR data topics, and drive continuous improvement by helping to standardize and further develop reporting processes and tools.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Controlling, or a related field, and first practical experience in HR, controlling, analytics, or a similar area. You should be a confident user of MS Office, especially Excel, and have good English language skills, both written and spoken.
