What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):
We are looking for an Engineering Operations Manager for our IP and subsystem Team to:
Oversee day-to-day operations within subsystem engineering Organize engineering activity to scale consistently across locations and through third party partnership. Optimizes all engineering-related processes, ensuring efficient execution and continuous improvement Work with senior management to set goals and make key decisions on operational activities. Manage cross-functional interaction, ensuring schedule alignment and timely completion. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency Manage projects pipeline daily. Work with engineering teams for implementing and deploying processes, as well as ensuring they are followed. Measure quality and consistency of deliverables
