In an innovative facility management environment, you will be responsible for electrical engineering, maintenance, and continuous optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe operation of electrical equipment and systems, including electrical and distribution systems, safety technology, and testing infrastructure.
- Organize and manage service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities in a structured, solution-oriented manner with a focus on system availability.
- Perform testing, repair, maintenance, and overhaul work on electrical systems, portable equipment, and technical subsystems.
- Provide technical support and coordinate inspections, projects, and technical optimizations from planning through implementation to follow-up.
- Ensure high operational, maintenance, quality, and safety standards, including compliance with legal regulations, standards, inspection requirements, and internal guidelines.
- Create, manage, and document maintenance schedules, inspection reports, and technical measures in accordance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Actively shape processes, concepts, and improvement measures in facility management, including on-call duty and close collaboration with internal and external partners.
