To achieve monthly sales targets by developing new accounts, expanding sales volume, and managing distributor and B2B customer relationships in the Northeastern Territory. This role supports long-term growth by driving account development, providing technical product solutions, analysing market trends, and ensuring effective sales pipeline management, while delivering accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.
What you'll do
Achieve monthly sales target by developing new accounts and expanding sales volume in assigned territory (Northeastern Territory).
Submit timely weekly & monthly sales reports, and/or key accounts sales pipeline updates to commercial & industrial sales manager on a regular basis.
Develops account plans to drive long term volume growth and cross selling opportunities.
What you need
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management within lubricant industry.
Strong understanding of Lubricant background, application HD sector & Industrial.
