Establish, recommend, and execute sales and marketing strategy to develop Indirect channel business in Thailand.
What you'll do
Achieve company's sales goals within the assigned scope such as volume, proceed, margin and account receiving including others assigned.
Establish new client base of B2C customers with key focus on Automotive Aftermarket. This includes market research as well as identification, evaluation, recruitment, and contract closing with distributors.
Manage relationship with internal and external stakeholders and support team to meet all customer requirements and achieve the business result.
Establish and effectively manage ‘route to market strategy’ to fit with the company strategy.
Develop new sales activities to attract prospects. This includes product portfolio management, sell in/sell out promotions, marketing activities, pricing structure, and e – Commerce business.
What you need
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in suitable business-related fields.
5 years of experience preferably in automotive lubricants or allied FMCG, having strong experience in distributor management.
Self – driven and motivated, results – oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on value selling and business profit.
Proficient in spoken and written English and the local language.
