We are seeking a Lead Field Compliance Coordinator to join our Unconventional Resource Operation Excellence & Compliance Division (UROECD) under Unconventional Resources organization (UR).
What you'll do
Your primary role is to independently lead major initiatives or projects and provide work direction to teams. You will typically report within an operating department, although other reporting relationships—such as within an engineering or maintenance organization—are also possible.
- Provides advice and consultation to department staff to assist them in maintaining a safe working environment in compliance with environmental/safety regulations, standards and practices.
- Identifies and evaluates hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace.
What you need
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Safety engineering, Industrial hygiene, or environmental science, or in a related field is preferred from a recognized and approved program.
- A minimum of 12 years of related safety/operational experience and/or training, preferably in the oil/gas or petrochemical industry, or in the industry related to the position placement, e.g., marine, pipelines, power distribution.
