What you'll do
Prepare manual Journal Entries during accounting close
Take lead in Supplier Confirmation during Quarter Close to ensure FM compliance.
Quarterly Accruals Analysis/Posting
Prepare monthly Forecast of the assigned Skill Teams, variance explanation (Issue to Issue, Budget Perf., YoY)
Prepare and review monthly/quarterly operating deck with Skill Team Operation Leaders
Perform run-rate analysis to identify cost opportunities
Develop Business Plan by working with skill team operations including variance explanations
Prepare and review sub-ledger, as applicable
Review and approve PRs in Ariba
Support PwC and GAO audit requests
Support / complete special or adhoc assignments as required
Drive process improvement as part of finance modernization initiatives

Ability to work independently with good business acumen
Work with agile mindset to constantly identify waste elimination, cost / process efficiencies
Strong and clear communication skills to be able to present during management reviews
Work with a control mindset to ensure activities are in line with FM requirements

Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ Years of Experience
CA / CWA or MBA Finance
